This is a perfect couples hunt or even a father and son hunt as this outfitter only allows two hunters a week. When a bull is located you and your guide will either bugle to get the bull to come in closer or you will use a spot and stalk to harvest your bull. Prepare for an easy and exciting hunt with this outfitter.

One special option with this hunt is the option to combo with whitetail. If you don’t harvest both your elk and deer then you have the ability to come back in November to harvest your other animal at no cost to you other than the travel costs!

Good antler growth and body mass are common common to the moose in this area is contributed to the abundance of agricultural crops. Geographically we are situated approx. 350 miles Northwest of Edmonton or 60 miles North of Grande Prairie. The government biologist implemented a residents draw for moose which has dramatically limited moose hunting in the area since 1999. Since then, the moose population has exploded resulting in some excellent trophy quality hunting with a bow or rifle.

This hunt is a sleeper. Success rate has been 100%. He only takes two elk hunters a year, and there is a very realistic opportunity for bulls in the 275″ – 325″ B&C range.

You’ll hunt the first week of October in flat farm fields surrounded by timber (Crown Land), so it is a fairly easy hunt, and the bulls will still be rutting hard.

This is a small outfit focusing on offering individualized attention, and one of the highest quality elk hunting experiences possible.

The two on one hunts are just as successful as the one on one.

Alberta Trophy Whitetail Hunts

This is not a physically demanding hunt. With very few tags available, this hunt has a tremendous success record on good 6 pt bulls.

There aren’t many areas where you can hunt elk in the rut with a rifle and an over-the-counter tag. Alberta’s Peace River Region is one of them.

Hunting techniques include using enclosed field towers, ground lines, tree stands, and spotting and stalking.

This hunt is a relatively easy, low impact style hunt where we concentrate on the flat farm fields and surrounding timber.

We will spot and stalk and use various calling techniques to draw the bulls in closer.

There is a very real chance of taking a 170+ buck with this Outfitter, with bigger deer than that taken every year.

One very attractive feature about hunting Elk in the Peace Country is the fact that we can hunt them with a rifle during the September rut.
